Description: On October 17, 2017, Cleveland White was driving near East Fordham Road in the Bronx when he was stopped by Officer Hossain of the NYPD. Officer Hossain indicated that White would be receiving a ticket but left the scene without issuing any violations. White then continued to his residence. About thirty minutes later, seven additional NYPD officers arrived at White’s home and informed him that he was under arrest for allegedly hitting, kicking, and spitting at a police officer.
