Description: On or about December 2, 2023, around 9:00 p.m., Jeremy Delgado was walking near East 140th Street and St. Ann's Avenue in the Bronx when he was approached by several police officers, including Sinaka Javorovac, Peter Delohery, and Stephen Oswald. Delgado was doing nothing wrong at the time, but the officers stopped him without any reason, searched him, and then physically grabbed and assaulted him. The officers had no legal justification for their actions, yet they still arrested Delgado, leading to him being falsely charged and held in jail for more than 24 hours. Delgado endured physical and emotional pain because of the incident and had to go to court multiple times before the charges were finally dropped.
