Complaint
Description: On January 16, 2019 at approximately 8:30 pm on Grand Central Parkway, East-Bound direction, Queens, NY, police officers, including defendant Pyzikiewicz, without probable cause, assaulted and battered plaintiff, using unnecessary and excessive force. Plaintiff sustained severe personal injuries as a result of defendant Pyzikiewicz striking plaintiff. After assaulting and battering plaintiff, defendants unlawfully detained, falsely arrested, and falsely imprisoned plaintiff until January 17, 2019 at approximately 2:00 am.
