Description: On February 17, 2013, plaintiffs Mr. Edwin Morales and Ms. Yuriria Angel went shopping with their two children. While Ms. Angel was in a store with one child and Mr. Morales was waiting in his car with their other child, the defendant NYPD officers (including Officers Pedro Rodriguez and Pedro Kai Lee and Sergeants Luis Sariego, Annett Francis, and Joseph Antonio) approached Mr. Morales, berated him, and arrested him.
