Complaint
Description: On July 8, 2013 Plaintiff Matthew Waldron was walking from the bus stop toward his house. Individual defendants Police Officer Henry and unidentified police officer's of the 67th precinct accosted, stopped, questioned and then unlawfully detained, arrested and searched and thereafter illegally strip searched Plaintiff. The defendants did not have probable cause to believe that Plaintiff had done anything unlawful.
