Description: Plaintiff was approached by two guys who were yelling out racial words to him and his female friend. Some of comments included white bitch", "whore', and "n****r lover" towards the female friend and "n****r" and "black money n****r" towards the plaintiff. Plaintiff told the defendant, P.O. Molloy about this and his intent to press charges against the two guys. Plaintiff was then arrested for an unknown crime.

Description: On August 20, 2016, at approximately 1:00 AM, plaintiffs V. Baez, C. Montanez, and J. Lugo were attending a private party at Atlantis Hall at 91-42 Lefferts Boulevard, in Queens, when defendant police officers entered the premises. Defendant police offers told all three plaintiffs that they were under arrest for selling alcohol to minors and arrested the three plaintiffs at the location, when in fact they did not. Plaintiffs C. Montanez and J. Lugo are the parents of four children, who were present at the party. These four children witnessed the arrest of plaintiffs C. Montanez and J. Lugo. Plaintiffs V. Baez, J.
