Description: On March 13, 2011, Plaintiff and friends were arrested by 8-10 police officers when Plaintiff and Plaintiffs' friends were leaving another friend's birthday party. Officers violently arrested them outside the friend's apartment in the hallway and elevator.The officers acted violently, throwing one person against a wall and hitting a friend’s mother. Plaintiff was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing and was jailed for 2-3 hours. On May 24, 2011, he accepted an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACD), and six months later, the case was dismissed. On April 11, 2011, Plaintiff was arrested y an officer after a separate incident involving a fight happened nearby him. Plaintiff was not involved...
