Description: On June 1, 2020, plaintiff took the subway into Manhattan and was walking towards Trump Tower to attend a protest in response to the deaths of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd. While walking, Plaintiff encountered a group of NYPD officers who directed plaintiff to turn around because there was no protest. Plaintiff began walking back towards the subway station.
