Description: On March 1, 2014 Plaintiff was lawfully present at an intersection when POs James Lee, Edwin Peguero, Emmanuel Rosario, and John Does intentionally assaulted and battered him without legal justification. POs also intentionally and unlawfully confined Plaintiff against his will without legal justification. Plaintiff suffered severe and serious injuries in and about diverse parts of the person, great pain, distress, mental shock and anguish, psychological trauma, damage to reputation and credit, and was otherwise injured as a result of this incident.
