Complaint
Description: On January 31, 2014, plaintiffs were walking on the street when two other individuals got into a fight. One of the individuals shot the other. A cab driver named the plaintiffs as witnesses to the shooting. The defendants stopped, questioned, searched, and seized plaintiffs, without reasonable suspicion. They were handcuffed and arrested and driven to the precinct. The were detained in holding cells until February 1, 2014, at which point they were released without charges.
