After accusing the Plaintiff of a criminal offense they asked him to step out of the vehicle and violently applied tight handcuffs. Description: On August 6, 2021, at approximately 7:04 A.M., Plaintiff Naeem Graham was asleep in his home at 206 East 34th Street in Kings County with his girlfriend Plaintiff Ashley Jimenez when Defendant Police Officers broke into his home and tackled Graham onto the floor. Defendant Officers handcuffed Graham, searched the residence without probable cause, damaged Graham's property, then transported Graham to the 67th Precinct. Defendant Officers falsely stated to the Kings County District Attorney's Office that Plaintiff Graham had committed crimes. Plaintiff Graham was sent to Rikers Island where he remained for seven days. Plaintiff Jimenez was also unlawfully arrested and transported to the 67th Precinct.
