Complaint
Description: On January 12, 2017, defendant police officer Wilcox falsely accused plaintiff of a crime and placed him under arrest. In doing so, defendant officer Wilcox used excessive force causing defendant physical pain. A criminal action against plaintiff was commenced but all charges against him were dismissed.
