Description: On November 29, 2013, plaintiff Kevin Sainte was lawfully walking the streets of Brooklyn, New York. Without probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe he had committed any crime or offense, defendants stopped Mr. Sainte and demanded his identification. Mr. Sainte complied and provided valid identification. Defendants then grabbed Mr. Sainte by his arm and searched him. No contraband was ever recovered from plaintiff. Notwithstanding, defendants handcuffed Mr. Sainte and took him to the 63rd Precinct.
