Description: Plaintiff had indicated that she ingested several quantities of prescribed clonazepam when the NYFD arrived as well as EMTs when Defendant Officers arrive, they tried to handcuff the Plaintiff to which the Plaintiff asked why she needed to be handcuffed when Defendant Officer forcefully threw Plaintiff to the ground and twisted Plaintiff's arm to handcuff the Plaintiff and physically assaulted the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was transported to the hospital and brought back to the precinct for processing. Later, the DA dismissed the criminal charges against the Plaintiff.
