Description: On May 2, 2018, Mr. Cabrera was riding his bike when a police officer suddenly pulled out in front of Mr. Cabrera causing him to hit the police car and fall off of his bike. Several police officers arrived at the scene and Mr. Cabrera requested they call an ambulance. At first, the officers refused, so Mr. Cabrera asked again. Officer Giacalone responded by arresting Mr. Cabrera for reckless driving. He was transported to a hospital but was handcuffed there for 2 days. The charges were ultimately dismissed.
