Description: On February 14, 2013, Plaintiff was was approached by two undercover police officers on the street. They pushed him against a wall and held his arms above his head for fifteen minutes, despite Plaintiff’s protestations that he had not been doing anything and that they were hurting his arm. When Plaintiff’s mother arrived, both were transported to a precinct but were held for only 30 minutes before being released. Plaintiff went to the hospital with a dislocated shoulder that ultimately required surgery. No charges were apparently filed.
