Description: On or about May 4, 2012, in Brooklyn, Defendant Officers, Sergeant David John, P.O. Michael Smith , P. O. Anthony Fernandez, Sergeant Mary Humburg, and P.O. Sully Ceballos, acting in concert, arrested Plaintiff without cause and charged Plaintiff with disorderly conduct. In addition, on or about January 13, 2013, in Queens, defendant officers, acting in concert, arrested Plaintiff without cause and charged him with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
