Description: On March 20, 2014, at approximately 8 PM, plaintiff was stopped by defendant police officers as he was watching his friends outside shoot a video in the vicinity of 249 Beach 15th Street in Far Rockaway in Queens. Plaintiff had parked his mother's car outside near where his friends were shooting the video. Defendant police officers in plainclothes saw the group shooting the video; some of the defendants approached the group making the video while another officer approached the plaintiff. The defendant police officer asked whose car the plaintiff had gotten out of; the plaintiff explained that the car belonged to his mother.
