Description: On March 12, 2012, Plaintiff Julian was lawfully present inside a residence when he was assaulted by PO Carlos Martinez, Sgt. Dennis Tierney, and POs John and Jane Does without legal justification. Plaintiffs Nadine, Christian, and infant Sarah were also present and were falsely imprisoned along with Plaintiff Julian by POs. POs pointed guns at Plaintiffs and destroyed the garage door, front entrance door, screen door, dresser, and home by putting holes in walls. POs also seized Plaintiff Julian's locked safe box and destroyed it and its contents. Plaintiffs were maliciously prosecuted.
