Description: On April 19, 2013, police officers, including but not limited to defendants, entered an apartment. The plaintiff later entered the apartment. The police officers arrested the plaintiff and placed him in a police vehicle for 12 hours. At the precinct, the defendants strip searched the plaintiff and detained him for 2 hours. The defendants then detained the plaintiff at Central Booking for 30 hours. The defendant's criminal complaint stated that when the officers arrived at the apartment, they observed the plaintiff in possession of marihuana. However, a video was disclosed that showed the plaintiff arrived later.
