Description: On March 27, 2013, Officer Juan C. Fernandez and unidentified officers appeared at Plaintiff's home and questioned Plaintiff without the benefit of counsel. The officers interrogated Plaintiff about a posting he made online that expressed his opinion regarding police misconduct in the African-American community.
