Description: On June 2, 2020, Plaintiff was participating in a protest when members of the NYPD assaulted and arrested him without justification or probable cause. An officer struck the Plaintiff with a baton and placed excessively tight handcuffs. Although Plaintiff made a request for medical assistance for his head wound, the officers did not immediately comply or provide medical care.
