Description: On or about June 23, 2018, Nahrel Jones, a minor represented by his mother and guardian Sheeka Wilson, was allegedly manhandled, detained, and falsely imprisoned by NYPD officers Sean Higgins and Jennifer Nicale of the 43rd Precinct. The officers accused Nahrel Jones of stealing a cellphone, detained him without probable cause, and deprived him of his rights. As a result of this incident, Jones suffered indignities and was prevented from contacting his parents during his detention.
