Description: On September 11, 2023, Plaintiff was sitting in the passenger side front seat of a black Taxi at Francis Lewis Blvd and Hillside Ave, Queens, NY, when Defendants approached and accused Plaintiff of criminal acts before seizing his person with their outstretched hands and grabbing Plaintiff’s head and body. Defendants searched Plaintiff’s person by shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas. Defendants searched Plaintiff’s vehicle without permission.
