Description: On or about November 14, 2018 at approximately 11:15 p.m. Plaintiff was lawfully on the roof of an apartment complex when he encountered POs Madison Lindeman, Richard Delahanty, Ruben Guerrero, Christopher Hansen, and John Does 1-20. Description: On or about September 14, 2014 at approximately 2:00 a.m. Plaintiff was at the Sin City Cabaret club when he was seized in an excessive manner by POs Guerrero, McCloud, and/or John and Jane Does 1-50 and unlawfully searched and arrested without legal justification. POs unlawfully took Plaintiff into custody and maliciously prosecuted him without probable cause. All charges against Plaintiff were ultimately dismissed. Plaintiff suffered and continues to suffer severe and permanent injuries of a physical and psychological nature as a result of this incident.
