Description: On March 24, 2017, the Plaintiff 1-8 were present at their home, when SSA Robert Martinez, Det. Sean Feliciano, P.O. Matthew Demaio, Sgt. Robert Dandrea, P.O. Alexis M. Yanez, and P.O. John/Jane Doe(s) knocked on the Plaintiffs’ door and unlawfully entered the Plaintiffs’ home without consent or a warrant, despite Plaintiff 1 telling the Defendant officers that they would need a warrant. Description: On November 11, 2013 at approximately 6:00 PM, Plaintiff was sitting inside his vehicle which was lawfully parked on the street, waiting for his co-worker. Officers Kevin Peralta and Jean Fiorello, Sgt. Dandrea and other unknown officers approached Plaintiff's vehicle and asked him to exit, without justification or cause. As Plaintiff was exiting his vehicle, the officers grabbed Plaintiff's left arm and forcibly yanked him out of the car. The officers then struck Plaintiff's ribs with a nightstick/asp, fracturing Plaintiff's rib.
