Description: On or about July 15, 2016, several Defendant NYPD officers, without a warrant, probable cause, or legal justification, entered the residence of the Plaintiffs and handcuffed and seized Plaintiffs. The Defendant officers caused smoke to come into the apartment, a robot/droid to be thrown in, and the Defendant officers entered with their loaded firearms pointed at the Plaintiffs. One of the Plaintiffs was 9 months pregnant and grabbed by arms and back. The Plaintiffs were all arrested and held in custody at the precinct for several hours until their release. The pregnant Plaintiff was handcuffed to a van for several hours alongside her minor child, who was also handcuffed. The pregnant Plaintiff was interrogated ...
