Description: On September 2, 2021, Defendant Officers Aubrie Vanweele and Officers John Does 1 and 2 approached Plaintiff and asked him for his identification. As Plaintiff attempted to comply, Defendant Officer John Doe 1 punched Plaintiff in the face. Defendant Officer John Doe 2 began repeatedly punching Plaintiff in the head and kicked him repeatedly on his body, torso, and ribs. Defendant Vanweele then tased the Plaintiff at least twice. Defendants then restrained Plaintiff by sitting on him. Plaintiff was not engaged in any violent or threatening activity and did not resist arrest.
