Description: On August 24, 2020, in the vicinity of inside the 108th NYPD precinct, plaintiff was stopped, seized and searched, detained, arrested, and brutalized by means of excessive force by police officers Thomas Yoo (Sheild No. 11858), Cyril Abraham (Sheild No. 6627), Rahul Sahni (Sheild No. 2128), Juan Moscoso (Sheild No. 18655), and other police officers. Before the encounter, plaintiff was riding his bike and he was approached by defendant police officers.
