Description: In this class action complaint, plaintiffs Justin Baerga, Steven Greene, Giovanna Sanchez-Esquivel, and Sarah Arvio, challenge the systemic failure of New York City to provide safe, appropriate, and immediate responses to New Yorkers experiencing mental health crises.
