Description: On March 28, 2019 at approximately 1:08 p.m. minor sixteen-year-old Plaintiff was lawfully at the corner of Stickball Boulevard and Seward Avenue due to a fire drill being conducted at her highschool. At that time Det. Pedro Ramos and PO Austin Denio assaulted, battered, and victimized minor Plaintiff by pushing and punching her in the face, left eye, and head for no apparent reason in front of multiple witnesses.
