Description: On September 7, 2015, Plaintiff Windell Evans was assaulted, battered, and falsely arrested at 1400 Herzl Street in Brooklyn, NY by Defendant NYPD officers SGT. BABICUHI, Officer OLEG TRYNA and one unidentified officer who then continued to assault and batter the Plaintiff at the Police Service Area #2 on Sutter Avenue in Brooklyn, NY 11207 where he was placed in a cell.
