Description: On May 30, 2020, police officers Ganspon and John Does 1-10 falsely arrested Jacques Dovonou near 47th St. and 7th Ave. of Manhattan. Jacques was lawfully at the location observing a peaceful protest when unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and arrested Dovonou without a probable cause or justification. Dovonou was no where near the police barricade or police vehicles. When Dovonou saw the officers pushing the peaceful protesters to the ground and arresting them, he was asked to get off the street-which he complied.
