Description: On or about June 4, 2020 police officer Rodriguez falsely arrested Malachi Davis. Davis was arrested wrongly, intentionally, and maliciously for non-compliance of Mayorai order despite Davis complying with the order. The officer then physically struck him on many parts of his body causing Davis physical pain. The resulting court proceeding terminated favorably for Davis.

Description: On March 12, 2011, Plaintiff was driving a vehicle at 143rd St and Broadway, NY, NY, and stopped at a red light when a marked NYPD car pulled up behind him. When the light was green, Plaintiff drove straight, and defendants turned on their lights and sirens and pulled over Plaintiff. Two Defendants exited their car and approached Plaintiff's vehicle. Defendant on the driver's side asked Plaintiff what he was doing and where he was going. Plaintiff answered he was looking for parking and going home. Defendant asked Plaintiff if he was drinking that night. Plaintiff responded he did not drink anything with alcohol. Defendants ordered Plaintiff to step out of the car and show ID.
