Description: On March 5, 2021, Plaintiff was at her mother's home when she got into a verbal altercation with her sister. Plaintiff agreed to leave after she used the bathroom. NYPD officers including Telli Gironcastellano, Mark Buono, Jorge Flores, and other unnamed officers arrived while Plaintiff was in the bathroom. Plaintiff told officers she needed to get her things before leaving, at which point officers became aggressive, grabbing her by the coat and around her neck to pull her out of the apartment into the hallway. Officers punched her in the face repeatedly, removed her wig and placed it over her face and mouth making it difficult for her to breath, and placed tight handcuffs around Plaintiff's wrists.
