Description: On September 22nd, 2017, Plaintiff Uralice Branch was at her residence relaxing in her bedroom watching a movie when she heard a crash against her front door. Plaintiff ran to the kitchen and watched on her security camera as a team of police try to break down her door with a battering ram. Plaintiff ran to door and yelled for them to stop and that it must be a mistake. Defenfant officers continued until they had broken down the door. They said they were executing a search warrant and forcibly handcuffed Plaintiff Branch, injuring her shoulder.
