Complaint
Description: On or about May 16, 2014, Plaintiff was arrested and handcuffed by offers of the NYPD at a subway station. Following the arrest, defendant NYPD officers continuously held Plaintiff handcuffed. It was not until the next day that Plaintiff was released from his handcuffs. Defendant NYPD failed to provide proper care and attention to Plaintiff while Plaintiff was in their custody. As a result of the experience, Plaintiff suffered severe bodily injuries and pain and suffering and was confined to the hospital.
