Description: On July 2, 2019, police officer John Doe improperly arrested Travion Issacs who was lawfully in front of 1070 E 83th. st of Brooklyn. Doe assaulted Issacs and caused Issacs injury, emotional distress, anguish, anxiety, fear, huimilation, loss of freedom, and reputational damage. Doe also subjected Issacs to an improper search without a justifiable cause. Not only was the arrest without justifiable cause, but also was without a warrant as well. Charges against Issacs were subsequently dismissed.

Description: On April 6, 2018, plaintiff Johnson was lawfully standing outside his vehicle parked on Rockaway Parkway in Brooklyn, New York.
