Description: On or about October 24, 2015, Plaintiff was arrested without probable cause and was verbally abused and illegally searched by Defendants Police Officer Tyler Hendrick Lieutenant Ian Rule, and four John Doe police officers. Plaintiff was assaulted and detained without proper investigative protocols, and Defendants commenced a prosecution against Plaintiff without probable cause or justification, causing Plaintiff to be incarcerated for more than six hours. The prosecution was dismissed and sealed on March 10, 2016.
