Description: On or about April 19, 2017, at approximately 6:30 pm, in a parking lot located at a Casino, Officer EDWARD CELONA and GENTING NEW YORK LLC D/B/A/ RESORTS WORLD CASINO NEW YORk arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or justification.
Plaintiff, was falsely arrested and imprisoned, illegally searched and seized, by Defendants, who had no probable cause to do so. Plaintiff was touched and grabbed several time, ans seized in a excessive manner, cusing him physical and mental suffering.Plaintiff was confined for approximately 13 months.
