Description: On October 14, 2023, the Plaintiff Jamell Pattillo ("Plaintiff") was in his vehicle when he was approached where he was forced to exit his vehicle and was assaulted and battered by the defendants, Police Officer Robert Picarello and John/Jane Does (Police officers weren't named in the complaint), when they grabbed and forcefully placed plaintiff in handcuffs. While restrained, his right hand and right thumb were forcefully bent back and he was also threatened by one of the officers with the words "i will break your f** hand".
