Description: On February 4, 2022, around 12:30 AM, Plaintiff Santiago was inside the subway station at Newkirk and Nostrand Avenues, Brooklyn, when Defendant Officers Jeffrey A. Morante and John Doe instructed Plaintiff to leave the station. When Plaintiff verbally objected, he was physically grabbed by one of Defendant Officers, his arm was pulled behind his back and toward the back of his head, and he was slammed into a wall. Plaintiff was then handcuffed, arrested, and placed in a police vehicle as he bled and was visibly injured.
