Complaint
Description: On September 9, 2023 at about 2 pm, when Mamady Cisse, the decedent of plaintiff, was shopping at 7-Eleven convenience store, police officers Ivan Nunez (Shield No. 25299) and Alan Viveros (Shield No. 7434) walked into the store, approached the decedent, asked “where are you going?”. The decedent felt confused and did not reply anything. However, officer Nunez shot the decedent, without drawing their taser nor pepper spray, nor said anything that they will shoot Mamady, nor called for additional unit. Mamady was rushed to Hospital, but pronounced dead at 3:14pm.
