Description: Plaintiff had an entered a bodega when plainclothes defendant officers including (Det. Powers) seized him. Plaintiff was tightly handcuffed and assaulted. When taken outside the bodega, Detective Powers strip searched the Plaintiff in full view of onlookers. Plaintiff was driven in a van for three hours before being released. No charges were filed against plaintiff.
