Description: On or about December 6th, 2022, Plaintiff resided in an apartment with several other people. A dispute broke out between the man Plaintiff pays rent to and another older gentleman that resides there. The cops were called and nothing happened. The cops were called again, and when they arrived the placed Plaintiff under arrest. When Plaintiff asked why he was being detained, the individual defendants told him to shut up and placed handcuffs tightly on his wrists. He was then ripped out of his apartment in the cold and denied access to a jacket before being transported to the 34th Precinct.
