Description: Plaintiff and friend were walking past a protest when a man screamed racial slurs at them and Defendant Officers got involved when the Plaintiff pushed the man when he said "that he was going to fuck her up." Defendant Officers interrogated the man and the Plaintiff and friend when Defendant Officers said to "look 'em up." Plaintiff and friend were handcuffed and arrested and taken to the 18th Precinct.
