Description: On November 11, 2022, the Plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle collision, as a passenger, and was transported to a local hospital. At the hospital Defendant Greco and unnamed officers unlawfully arrested the Plaintiff and placed uncomfortably tight cuffs onto the Plaintiff securing him to his hospital bed, despite Plaintiff asking them to be loosened, also despite the Plaintiff's injury from the collision. Upon booking, plaintiff was charged with driving a stolen vehicle, but this was subsequently dismissed in its entirety.

Description: On April 25, 2019, Plaintiff was driving in a motor vehicle involved in a car accident in the vicinity of 4215 Boyd Avenue, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without probable cause and legal justification, approached plaintiff and questioned him about illegal activities, even though plaintiff did not possess any alcohol or drugs.
