Description: On November 11, 2022, the Plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle collision, as a passenger, and was transported to a local hospital. At the hospital Defendant Greco and unnamed officers unlawfully arrested the Plaintiff and placed uncomfortably tight cuffs onto the Plaintiff securing him to his hospital bed, despite Plaintiff asking them to be loosened, also despite the Plaintiff's injury from the collision.
