Description: On March 24, 2021, at approximately 3:00 p.m., plaintiff, while lawfully in the vicinity of 357 West 35th Street in New York, was subject to an unlawful stop, question, frisk, search, false arrest, and false imprisonment by the defendant officer Heather Kiernan and others (together the "defendants"). Plaintiff was called by the defendants while at work and asked to come into the precint. When she arrived she was falsely accused of stealing sunglasses and then unlawfully arrested. In addition, Plaintiff was subjected to loss of her job (due to the open charges) causing her to suffer significant financial loss as well as mental and emotional injury. Plaintiff was unlawfully imprisoned at the Midtown South Precinc...
