Complaint
Description: On April 20, 2013, plaintiff was sitting in his car at 175th Street and 93rd Avenue in Queens, NY. Officers approached plaintiff and searched his car. Plaintiff was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree under the NY Penal Code. Plaintiff was held in custody for about 12 hours until taken to court. Charges against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.
