Description: On May 15, 2013 PO Carl Achille falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes Plaintiff did not commit. Plaintiff was excessively arrested during which Plaintiff was probed, shoved, dragged, battered, abused, and thrown. Plaintiff was held in custody for 24 hours. After Plaintiff made several court appearances all charges were dismissed on January 25, 2013. Plaintiff suffered great fear, anxiety, personal, physical, mental, and emotional injuries, loss of esteem, shock, humiliation, embarrassment, emotional pain, and suffering as a result of this incident.
